DISPERGENT :
It is a brownish liquid, which is a very effective dispersing agent in the preparation of a aqueous dispersion of water insoluble solids or powder ingredients used in the compounding of latex. It has a little tendency to foam during ball milling. The dispersions obtained by using Dispergent R are usually of very fine particle size. The dispersions do not putrefy on storage. Ball-milling time is considerably reduced by using Dispergent-R
DISPERSANT :
It is used in the preparation of slurries of soft clays and also as an aid to dispersing agents in the preparation solids which require to be wetted properly before ball milling. Chine clay slurries prepared with Dispersant M can be safely incorporated into latex mix without any danger of coagulation. It has sufficient powder to facilitate impregnation of fiber massed and fabrics with latex compounds and has no destabilising action on latex.
